I liked the service, but the staff was kinda rude, and I had to explain my situation twice and suggest a solution myself until they figured out the situation. Also, it was not super clear what to do after I filled out the request. The chat window is not user-friendly, so I did not know there were extra steps for my application until I logged in to my account once again. Even then, it still wasn't clear I had to scroll the page to find a form I needed to fill out to submit my application. It would be super helpful to have a prompt after the order that sends the user right to the chat and further instructions. Other than that, it was alright. Every day they take longer to make the exchange, you have to be almost begging the executives to send the money. Those days when the exchanges were almost automated will miss you.
