My country code is not the correct and every time that i change the code, it says ¨Phone code 502 does not exist in any country! WHAT?? Seriously?? Please fix it and i'll change my decision about this website.

I had 2 Exchange order, the first one was not bad, it was fast. But the second one was slow as hell. I waited for so long and my funds is still not here yet.

the hold time is too much even for smmaller amounts. i made an order of $ 50 and they replied that the hold time will be a week. they go contrary to their own terms. i think they should amend their terms. even when the time reaches for them to make the exchange they give another 24 hours extension.

I think the services can improve a lot:

1. It says that it is not mandatory the phone verification, but the transfer was only completed after I verified my phone.

2. The sms for phone verification never reached me. In addition, someone call me before making the money transfer to provide the code for the phone verification, and that person barely speaks english.

3. The registration process is very complex and time consuming, lots of things to send you. I almost gave up and try another services. This is what you should focuse on improve as per my opinion.

4. The design of the page is not user friendly, it looks old, and does not transmit security to users eyes. The functionality to upload evidence of credit card through the messaging section is not professional, you could design some specific form to upload all the evidence and get user confirmations and leave the messaging section just to communicate with the user.

5. I think the rates you charge are a little high, taking into account all previouse points.


In the other hand, the transfer was correctly done as per time you established, which is good.

Why do you have such a rather big commission?
We pay a special attention to safety issues, improvements of quality of service quality and the development of business. A dumping is not acceptable. Also it is worth mentioning that when we receive PayPal funds, the payment system takes away about 4% commission.
