I think the services can improve a lot: 1. It says that it is not mandatory the phone verification, but the transfer was only completed after I verified my phone. 2. The sms for phone verification never reached me. In addition, someone call me before making the money transfer to provide the code for the phone verification, and that person barely speaks english. 3.
